Theoretical Research and Optimization Design of Transmission Meshing of TI worm gears catalog

The TI worm reduction gearbox, the full name of the involute breadcrumb worm gears catalog, consists of an involute helical gear and its enveloping toroidal worm. This paper studies the transmission of TI worm gears catalog from two aspects of meshing theory and optimization design. The improvement of the meshing performance; the primary contact surface and the secondary contact surface bounded by the meshing limit line constitute the worm gear tooth surface of the TI secondary envelope reducer worm reduction gearbox. This method is better than the traditional optimization method.
